Petition Letter

Petition Letter: I was enrolled in first year, completed my first semester and living in Gordon Brockington house. I struggled immensely with anxiety and other mental health issues. I submitted a doctors note to the residency counsel regarding my struggles and how my doctor had believed that it was best I continued my studies back at home. I was enrolled in a few classes but was not active in the classes and was not able to complete any of the work necessary.

Academic Plan

Academic Plan: My academic plan would be to coordinate with the access advisors and my teachers to see how I could best be supported and to ensure that my individual education plan is followed and I do not have too heavy of a course load that I would not be able to handle. A plan for me may also include visiting a coach or counsellor once a week or biweekly to help with the struggles I have.
