Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hope as well to whomever this may concern. Due to my midterm mark not being released prior or on the date of the deadline I was unable to make an informed decision at the time of the deadline as did not know my academic standing in the course. I was unaware that I would not be getting my mark back till November 2nd as my prof stated they would be released prior to the deadline. I've already emailed my prof :Douglas Quilty, about the situation to which he responded there was an issue in displaying the marks(I can provide email if needed),thus there was no way of me knowing my course mark until after October 31st .Dropping this course is necessary for my success in my academic plan so I kindly ask you to please consider allowing me to drop without penalty.
