New Information: I have met with my physician, and I have an appointment with my specialist in early June. I will be undergoing an aggressive treatment that will likely have my condition stabilized in time for September. I will continue to meet with my physician to keep up with this. Additionally, I have a note stating that this whole year has been difficult academically as a result of my medical condition and other personal factors.
