Petition Letter: I thought I paid the course in full, not realizing it was split into sections for payments. I just recently got an email regarding the late fee, long after. I feel the late fee should be taken off of my account since I was completely unaware until now and it wasn’t me purposely not paying it.

Academic Plan: I will be paying the rest of my outstanding debt in payments, but I don’t feel I should need to pay the late fees.
