Hi, I am Linjun Xie (Student ID: 20093608) and I am a forth-year student from FILM department.
The purpose of this letter is to drop ENIN 340 (from 2022 Winter). I had enrolled the course on August 18 2021, however, I decided to take a gap year in 2022, but I forgot to drop ENIN 340 before the term started (I thought the course was in my shopping cart instead of my enrollment), and I did not pay the tuition fee at that time; and when the time I noticed the situation, it came with a financial penalty and I had paid it. (I will attached the payment with the petition letter).
For that situation, I did not take ENIN 340, and I thought the course would be dropped since I did not pay the tuition. But there is an
