Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hello, I am writing this letter to discuss a class I know I will not pass. I was present at 90% of the lectures and seminars, and did my work and participated. I prepared for the exam and did well. I am confident that I completed the learning outcomes of the class and learned all that I needed to from it. unfortunately, my mental health and anxiety surrounding wishing to change my degree in December made it too difficult for me to submit my final paper. I submitted everything else required in the class and emailed the TA for help regularly. However, my final paper with 20% in the class was something I could not submit. I truly believe I completed the learning outcomes of this course and really do not wish to fail it. If I can have an AG standing beside this course it would really help me, as I want to be able to graduate within the next year with a BA now, instead of the BAH I am currently in.
