Petition Letter

Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally request an academic petition to enroll in two courses after the standard enrollment deadline due to unforeseen circumstances related to the delay in my tuition transfer.

My name is Jialiang Tao, a student with the ID 20201886, currently enrolled in Bachelor of Science, 4th year. I had every intention to enroll in ARTH 234 and IDIS 173 before the deadline. However, an unexpected delay in the transfer of my tuition funds resulted in an enrollment block being placed on my student account. This situation was beyond my control and prevented me from completing the enrollment process on time.

The delay has now been resolved, and my tuition fees are fully paid. However, due to this delay, I missed the deadline to enroll in the aforementioned courses, which is crucial for my academic progression and timely graduation.

I understand that late enrollments are exceptional and not typically permitted, but given these unique and unforeseeable circumstances, I respectfully request your consideration for my late enrollment in ARTH 234 and IDIS 173. These courses are not only integral to my academic plan but also essential for fulfilling my degree requirements.

I am fully prepared to catch up with any coursework or requirements I may have missed during this period and am committed to maintaining a high standard of academic performance. Through chatting with my friends who are now taking these courses, I have already started catching up some materials.

I appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter and hope for a favorable response. Please let me know if further information is needed or if there are additional steps I should follow.

Thank you for considering my request.

Sincerely,
Jialiang Tao
