Petition Letter: I’ve been struggling with my mental health for many years but only recently was able to get proper treatment for it this semester. I was diagnosed with a disorder that makes it challenging for me to stay on track and be successful at queens, I’ve been getting much better at navigating this but unfortunately due to my treatment and being hospitalized through the semester it’s been incredibly difficult to keep up in the course and now there’s no way of passing it.
