Dear Registrar,
I am writing to express a concern regarding my recent experience during the stats 263 exam held on April 13th. My name is Rahmane Ouattara, a student in the arts and science faculty, and my student number is 20348587.
Throughout the semester, I have maintained a strong understanding of the course material, as reflected in my consistent performance in all coursework and assessments. Unfortunately, I encountered significant discomfort due to the environment during the aforementioned exam, which I believe adversely affected my ability to perform to the best of my abilities.
Given this unusual circumstance, I am respectfully requesting the opportunity to retake the exam in a setting that is less crowded. The rooms utilized by the Economics Department are known for being quieter and might offer the conducive environment necessary for me to accurately demonstrate my understanding of the course material.
I fully understand that this request may not be standard procedure, and I am prepared to comply with any guidelines you deem necessary to facilitate this process. My aim is simply to ensure that my academic performance is a true reflection of my capabilities, unimpeded by external factors.
