Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I would like to include the following classes to be considered in the petition as they fall under the timeline of circumstances I have explained. I did not include the Summer class previously waiting on word for an IN grade but enough work was not completed, and did not include the winter term ones as I did not think I could this late. Figured I might as well try. I intend to retake all these classes during the upcoming academic year God willing
