Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Good evening,

My name is Ethan Harper and I was recently enrolled into math 121 A and Math 121 B as a multiterm course for my first year in computing. I have been going to lessons and completing assignments for the past 3 weeks of term. A few days ago I was planning my schedule for next semester and when I started to choose classes and plan for next semester it was empty which prompted me to choose Math 121 B at the same time slot which I had it this semester. This gave me the impression that I was able to choose the 121 B class I wanted to be in next semester as it did not show up in my schedule until I chose it. A few days ago I changed my mind on the time slot and decided I wanted to change it, I then proceeded to go to solus and choose to drop the 121 B I was in for next semester and choose a new time slot but once I did this it had dropped the course all together. After some research I found out that multiterm courses stay the same both semesters. Since I dropped the class pat the deadline I was not able to add it back which is very worrying because I need this class if I want to be in the school of computing next year. If there is a way I can please be reenrolled into the class that would be amazing and if not is there any way I will still be able to meet the credit demands for the year for the school of computing. While I wait for a response I will still be attending lectures as to not fall behind in the case I can be reenrolled. I apologize if this is not where I should be communicating my issue I was directed here as a way of being reenrolled.
