Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: My original plan for graduation was in 2020, but due to COVID-19, I had to return to China earlier and therefore interrupted my studies. Afterwards, my family's financial situation was relatively poor due to my mother's cancer in 2018, and they have not been able to return to Canada to complete their studies. In 2022, I originally planned to complete my studies online to graduate, but my family's financial situation at the time did not allow me to complete my studies full-time. Therefore, after taking a 3-level online course, I chose to continue my GAP to continue working. This year, when the economic situation slightly improves, I plan to complete the remaining courses in other institutions to graduate, but the school has introduced a new policy that does not allow more than 2 courses. I am a student who enrolled in 2016 and only need three courses to graduate. I hope the school can approve my application and allow me to apply for graduation.
