Petition Letter: In the months November and December my grandmother was in the hospital for blood problems. This is the second time she was in the hospital this year. My mom is a single mother who works two jobs so she needed help with this so I had to go back to Kitchener to help. I returned to queens a week before exams and I am on this acne pill that had mental health side effects. In my life I had never had to deal with mental health issues but being on this medication and my grandma being sick in the hospital I could not study the week before exams. I was sitting in my dorm room having panic attacks waiting for a call on my phone that she was dead it was like mother I have ever experienced before in the end I decided not to take my exams because I could not even leave my room due to this new anxiety. When I went to go see my family for the break I decided to go off the medication and now I am feeling a bit better my grandma is still sick but not as bad as she was a mouth ago.
