Petition Letter: My name is Agatha, and I am an exchange student from the Faculty of Arts and Science and majoring in Geography. I apologise for any inconvenience caused, but I would like to add GPHY208 after the add-drop period. Since my home university was a bit late in providing me with the credit transfer result, and I have to add one more advanced course during my exchange period. After reviewing the available options, I believe that GPHY 230 and one of the geography courses at my home university may be considered equivalent. Therefore, I would like to ask to add GPHY230 after the add-drop period, and I also got permission from the course instructor. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
