Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Thor Surbey (Student ID: 20457304). At the beginning of this semester, I decided to drop BIOL 103 and replace it with ANAT 100 in my schedule. However, I encountered an unexpected hold on my account due to unpaid fees. I was surprised, as I believed my first-term fees were fully paid.

When I informed my father, who manages my educational expenses, he immediately began the process of transferring funds. Since he is retired and the money was held in an education account, it took longer than anticipated for the funds to transfer and register in my SOLUS account. As a result, I missed the deadline to add courses to my schedule.

Since then, I have been using resources from my friends to stay up to date with the ANAT 100 course material to avoid falling behind. I am deeply committed to succeeding in my academics. This course specifically would be helpful for the two anatomy courses I am taking next year. If it is possible to waive the deadline and allow me to officially add ANAT 100 to my schedule, I would be extremely grateful.
