Petition Letter: I am writing to formally petition for late enrollment in ANAT 100 Online for the Winter 2025 term. I deeply regret missing the enrollment deadline, but I believe extenuating circumstances beyond my control have contributed to this situation.
During the enrollment period, I was affected by challenges related to course selection due to my status on academic probation. However, I have made significant improvements in my academic performance during the Fall term, including staying on top of my coursework and completing assignments well before their due dates. These improvements reflect my commitment to academic success, but the probation process caused delays in my ability to register for winter courses in a timely manner.
This situation occurred during the beginning of this year term and directly impacted my ability to finalize my winter term enrollment, including for ANAT 100 Online. Despite this, I have taken proactive steps to address the issue. I have already reached out to the course instructor to request their approval for late enrollment and have been in contact with my academic advisor to discuss the necessary steps for moving forward.
To ensure continued improvement, I have implemented strategies such as setting reminders, using a planner, and maintaining close communication with instructors and advisors. These measures have enabled me to stay organized and meet my academic responsibilities consistently.
