Petition Letter: Dear Associate Dean,
I would like to formally request an extension of the deadline for submitting a petition. I am seeking to petition a class from the Spring/Summer 2023 semester.
Last year, I submitted an appeal but was unable to include certain summer courses I had intended to petition. The incidents related to my appeal occurred outside of Ontario, which significantly delayed my ability to obtain the necessary documentation. Given the uncertainty of the processing time, I proceeded with my original appeal rather than risk missing additional deadlines.
However, I have now received the required documents and would like to initiate the petition process for those courses. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with this request.
