Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: To whom it may concern, I am requesting to drop the following courses due to circumstances that have arisen in my personal life. I have been struggling with a severe mental health crisis that has been significantly impacting my ability to pursue my academic studies, and due to my condition I was unaware of the deadline for dropping courses. I am hopeful that due to the recency of the deadline passing that I may be able to receive some accommodation for my situation. By dropping these courses I will be much better equipped to manage my workload. I've been seeing my family physician in hopes of tackling my issues, and can provide documentation on my condition if necessary.
