Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am requesting a credit standing for BIOL 200 due to medical issues I was facing in my first two years of study at Queen's University. I have a functional neurological condition that is now in remission, but during my first two years I would have intermittent paralysis of my entire body, difficulty breathing, intense brain fog, and speech challanges. These impairments greatly impacted my ability to perform to the best of my abilities in my courses. I have attached a letter from my family physician attesting to these medical ahallanges to this pettition.
