Petition Letter: Hello!
I am now a senior PHIL+POLS student. In my freshman year, the academic advisor was not very familiar with the application requirements of the major I originally planned to apply for, so despite our repeated contact, I still spent a lot of time in the window period of selecting a major and finally had to temporarily transfer to any major according to the suggestion. Then I didn't have a chance to change my major until the end of my third year. Due to family problems, it is necessary for me to complete most of my academic needs in the summer vacation so that I can choose only online courses as much as possible in the next semester to help my family overcome the difficulties. I hope to apply for at least one additional ILOP course so as to realize the academic advisor's suggestion that I can choose online courses as much as possible in the fall semester of 2025, while staying in my home country to look for future development opportunities and help my family overcome difficulties.
