Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am requesting to receive a Credit grade in place of my numerical grade for CHEM 222, with the support of Professor Lucia Lee. This petition is based on the significant academic disruption caused by the recent TA strike, which greatly impacted my ability to learn and perform to the best of my ability in the course. The absence of regular tutorial support, timely feedback, and accessible academic assistance hindered my understanding of key course concepts and my overall performance. Given these exceptional circumstances, I believe a Credit grade would more accurately reflect the challenges faced during the term.
