Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I need to be enrolled in ENIN 204. I am limited on taking summer classes, therefore spring classes help with my work schedule as I will be working full time in the summer and even tutoring in some evenings. I made a mistake and I can't remember if I dropped it by accident for another course or didn't enroll for it for some reason thinking i'll do it later before the deadline when I sort everything out, but the deadline came and around that time last week I had a super bad ear infection. I have a doctors note and had to go to Urgent care to get it fixed. As a result of the infection and antibiotics I had to rest most of this week and last week and completely missed the deadline to see if I was enrolled in ENIN 204/see if I could still enroll if I wasn't. I noticed that there's free space and I would do my best to catch up if I can be added, because I need a second year course and it is a spring course, not a summer course, which would fit perfectly with my current schedule. I need a 200-level course to fulfill my degree requirements. Since there is still space available in the course, I am fully prepared to catch up on any missed material.
