Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I was seriously ill during the recent examination period, which rendered me unable to sit for my scheduled exams. My condition involved symptoms that were both physically debilitating and contagious. In addition to being medically unfit to write the exams, I refrained from attending in order to protect the health and safety of my classmates and faculty. I also paid a visit to the doctors office, and was given a nose spray as well as a note.
