Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,

I hope all is well. I am resubmitting my academic petition appeal and requesting a CR grade for DEVS 410 and DEVS 411. After having a conversation with Dr. Kumar about the grades I received, I have decided to appeal for a CR.

As I have mentioned in my previous application, I did not receive the appropriate accommodations until the middle of winter semester, which inevitably effected my performance in this class. I have previously submitted a CR appeal for classes in my fall semester, which is why I wanted to also include DEVS 410 and DEVS 411 to this list.

I have explained to Dr. Kumar the role my poor mental health played these past two semesters, and I continue to feel that I was graded unfairly despite having these accommodations.
