Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I was on waitlist for the course and all of a sudden on PULSE app I got a notificaiton that my assignment is due enxt wee, thats when I found I was enrolled in the course. No communiccation was recieved. As soon as i found out, the same day walked into arts and science office on campus and got the course dropped but i found out the last date to drop was July 8 and i was there on july 9 morning. They asked me to submit a pertition for the fee refund as it all happened within a span of one day.
