Petition Letter: Hello. I hope you are doing well.
I want to tell you about some hard things in my life that made it difficult for me to focus on school. I talked to Ruba Arjumand and the Academic Consideration Team about this since April.
I went back to China and stayed there for four or five months. My father is very sick with depression, and my grandfather has cancer. These problems made me very sad and stressed.
Also, while I was in China, it was very hard to use websites from the West. I could not open many school websites or online tools. This made it even harder for me to keep up with my studies.
I hope you can understand my situation. Please let me know if you need more information from me.
