Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am requesting to waive the one year deadline for a petition for a CR because of ongoing circumstances related to my accommodations, which affected both my performance and my ability to act sooner. I only recently learned through QSAS and Academic Advising that requesting a CR was an option. These circumstances have been ongoing since the course, and I am now submitting this petition as soon as I became aware of the process, given the current time constraint to have it approved.
