New Information: To whom it may concern,
I would like to change my appeal. Instead of requesting a Credit Standing in CHEM112 and GEOL104, I would like to drop the two courses. Furthermore, I would also like to request credit standing in all of my other courses. The (multiple) problems I faced were ongoing throughout the entire year, which made a severe impact on my overall performance.
I do not have any new documentation to provide. I am assuming my previous documents are still on record. If not, please let me know and I will reattach all of them as soon as I can.
