Petition Letter: Dear Associate Dean,
I am writing to submit a petition regarding my BIOL 205 final examination.
The exam was originally scheduled for December 14, 2025 and was deferred to the January deferral period for medical reasons. Unfortunately, my conditions have not improved, and my physician has confirmed that I remain unable to attend campus or write the exam at this time.
I contacted my instructor to request guidance and a possible further deferral, and I followed up, but I have not received a response. Given the time sensitivity, I am requesting your assistance and special consideration so that I may complete the course when my health allows.
I have attached my physician’s letter and copies of my correspondence with the instructor. Please let me know if you require any additional documentation.
