Petition Letter: During my fall semester, I got very sick, having my blood pressure spike to ranges such as 160/120, and I had to go to the hospital twice during the semester, as well as I had to go back home for doctor appointments to try and help my health. With this, I was not able to hand in an assignment on time, which really lowered my grade, and I was not able to get my participation grades since I was under physical stress. This physical stress affected me in ways where my chest would feel tight and I where I could not be in class for a while since my blood pressure would spike, and it caused strain on my heart and chest. It was very hard since I was missing my grade points in class, but at the same time, I had to figure out what was going on with my health.
