Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to request approval for a late withdrawal from two courses. I initially enrolled in six courses to maintain flexibility while confirming my graduation requirements. After reviewing my degree progress, I determined that only four courses were required to complete my program.

Given this clarification, continuing in the additional two courses was unnecessary and risked detracting from my academic performance in the courses essential to my degree. I therefore made the academic decision to withdraw, shortly after the deadline.

I respectfully request consideration of this petition and appreciate your understanding.
