My name is Ayala Demsky and I am writing to petition a late drop and tuition refund for
fall term courses: Biol 102, MUSC 171, PSYC 100A, KNPE153.
There were significant extenuating circumstances that I was not able to attend the
courses or complete the work. I was hospitalized in November 2024 for 2 and half
weeks and was not in a medical condition to attend school. I have attached
documentation of my hospital stay and further follow up from my doctors.
Please let me know if anything further is required to drop the courses and request a
refund.
