Petition Letter: Dear Petition Committee,
I am writing to respectfully submit a petition regarding my performance in CISC 203 and my absence from the final examination.
During the latter part of the semester, I experienced a combination of psychological stress and physical health issues that significantly affected my academic performance and ability to complete my coursework normally. Over time, these circumstances became increasingly difficult to manage and negatively impacted my concentration, motivation, sleep, and overall physical condition.
As the final examination period approached, my condition worsened, and I was not in a suitable mental or physical state to attend the CISC 203 final exam. Although I had intended to complete the course successfully, the circumstances beyond my control prevented me from participating in the examination.
After recognizing the impact these issues were having on my academic performance, I took steps to address the situation, including focusing on my health and seeking support to improve my condition. I understand the importance of academic responsibilities and regret that I was unable to complete the final examination as expected.
I respectfully ask the Committee to take my extenuating circumstances into consideration when reviewing my petition. I sincerely appreciate your time, understanding, and consideration of my situation.
