Petition Letter: After carefully recalculating my grades using the weighting outlined in the course syllabus, I arrived at a final average of 89.92%. Based on the grading criteria and standard rounding practices, I believe this would round to a 90%, corresponding to an A+ designation.
I completely understand and respect that final grading decisions are at your discretion. However, given how close the calculated grade is to the threshold, I wanted to kindly ask whether my final mark could be reviewed to ensure it was calculated and entered correctly.
