Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am petitioning to be permitted to return before the 1 year deadline due to several extenuating circumstances that unfortunately led to a very poor academic year. I lost two babies, broke my foot, lost my grandfather, and got diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety in addition to several physical issues. Unfortunately I am not able to get the supporting documentation until the 23rd of June because two of my doctors are on holiday. I am hoping that I will be permitted to submit my petition to return at a later date so that I have all the required documentation including but not limited to, 3 separate letters from my specialist, the lakeside clinic and my family doctor as well as the documentation of my broken foot. I do have an academic plan as well as several treatment plans in place to prevent this from effecting my next academic year.
