Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to respectfully request consideration of my petition due to extenuating circumstances that have significantly impacted my academic performance.

After moving into a shared house in September, the living environment quickly became stressful, hostile and emotionally draining. Ongoing conflicts, lack of privacy and constant tension made it difficult to focus on my studies or feel comfortable in my own home. The situation continued until I was able to move in mid-March, and the prolonged stress had a significant impact on my concentration, motivation and overall academic performance.

During this time, I sought support from a counsellor at the Student Wellness Services. Despite my efforts to manage the situation and keep up with my coursework, these circumstances were beyond my control and affected my ability to succeed academically.
