Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am requesting an appeal for the course: CDS PSYC 333: Human Sexuality. I have spoken with the course instructor, Emma Dargie, and she approves of this appeal. I have also met with a counsellor, Jocye Li, at HCDS and she has written a letter explaining why I am requesting a late drop appeal for this course, due to extenuating circumstances that have directly affected my academic performance. I have been going through difficult family problems which has negatively impacted my mood and academics. My counsellor, Joyce, has already written a letter and I will pick up this letter in January 2016, when I return back to Kingston for the Winter semester and I will drop it off at the correct location so it can be approved.
