Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Dear Associate Dean,

I am appealing to add MATH111,MATH121,ECON110 and CISC121after the academic deadline.

For MATH 111,MATH121and ECON110 are all full term courses. I took three of them at Fall term and attended all courses and exams.But when I checked the SOLUS for winter term, it did not automatically enrol. I think I dropped it by mistake, because I did not realize Course-A is different from Course-B. Such as ECON110A and Econ110B. For CISC121, the pre-requests of the course is MATH111 or MATH121, so I have to enrol into either each of course first before I can enrol CISC121.

After this case, I will pay more attention to SOLUS and double check all the courses that I want to enrol to make sure the same mistake won't happen again.
