Petition Letter: I'm appealing to drop FILM 240 (fall, 2015).
I failed this course. I knew that I didn't do very well in my previous assignments so I studied really hard for the final exam. However, the final was cancelled due to technical problem. Therefore, I lost the chance to get a higher grade. The final exam is on the course outline. I never think about that it would be cancelled. I don't think this was a fair situation, so I hope to drop this course.
