Petition Letter
Petition Letter: I am appealing in order to get into an online class so I can graduate on time. I am in my fourth year in Economics, I realized after the add/drop period had ended that I am one course, or three units, short of graduating in June. I have talked to the instructor of the course and she has assured me that I will be able to catch up and stay on top in the course. I really hope that I can get into this class because I can guarantee I will not let anything stop me from doing nothing but the best that I can in the course. I am very determined to graduate on time with my fellow classmates, so getting into this class means a lot to me as I really would like to be able to attend convocation in June.
Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I am currently only take three course because that was all I thought I needed to graduate. Thus, I already have a lightened course load so adding one class should not be a problem for me. I also think that since I know I will be behind I will work harder in order to catch up and excel in this course. I know that there is no final exam so I just need to do multiple assignments and I can do those and not be behind in lecture material that would be needed if there were a final exam. I think that the knowledge that I need this course in order to graduate will make me very determined to do very well and stay ahead in this course.
