Petition Letter: Appeal requesting to waive the 21-day appeal deadline.
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this in regarding the academic ruling I received in May 24. I apologize for this late appeal as I have not noticed the email until. Since the end of the semester, I have not pay much attention to my Queen's email account, and the address on the letter was my old address. Because of this, I am not aware of this ruling until now and not been able to appeal within the 21-day deadline. I know it should be my responsibility for checking all the mail I have received. I should check my mail more often.
I am sorry for all the troubles. Please do take my appeal into your consideration.
