Petition Letter: To whom it may concern:
I am writing to request that I drop COMP 392 and receive a refund for tuition fees for this course.
COMP 392 is the final summer course for my Queen's Internship Program with the School of Computing, initially I had planned to pursue a 16-month internship. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, all employees at my company were laid off at the end of May 2016. Due to this, I was forced to change my internship to only 12-months.
I have already been granted permission from the department (Jeurgen Dingel, Jim Rodger, and Irene LaFleche) to change my QUIP internship to a 12-month term. However, I still need to drop out of COMP 392.
I have provided a copy of my letter of termination signed and dated by my employer.
