Petition Letter: Dear Dr. Benard,
I am hoping to take 15.0 credits at UBC this winter semester (2017) on a Letter of Permission. I have previously completed two years or 60.0 credits at Queen¿¿s. I am from Vancouver and am currently taking a semester off of school.
I am considering transferring to UBC as a full time student starting in September 2017, however I would like to keep my options open in case I do decide to return to Queen¿¿s in September. It was recommended to me that I could take courses at UBC on a Letter of Permission and attend as a visiting student for the winter semester. The courses I hope to take at UBC would go towards a UBC degree if I do decide to transfer. If my appeal is successful and I am able to take 15.0 credits at UBC and then decide to return to Queen¿¿s in September I would not expect these credits all to transfer towards a Queen¿¿s degree.
To make up for my time away from Queen¿¿s, if I were to return I would plan on graduating in Spring 2019, which would allow me enough time to finish the remaining credits for my degree.

Academic Plan: I plan on graduating from a degree program in Spring 2019 instead of Spring 2018. This will allow me to finish all of the required courses for my degree.
