Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: To whom this may concern,

I sent my doctors note in support of my appeal to the asc.appeals@queensu.ca email. My physician has been aware of my situation from the beginning as she not only looks after me but also my future husband. Dr. Duncan has been aware of my parent's divorce, my dads move, the death of a grandparent, my spouse's surgery, and our canceled wedding as each was happening.
