Petition Letter

Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,

I am appealing to finish GNDS 215 course until April 2017 because I am suffering from chronic fatigue caused and a vitamin D deficiency. The problem is ongoing and has been bothering me for awhile. I also have dyslexia and anxiety. I need the time to finish the course because I am feeling tired all the time. I also find I need more time to finish because the course was very heavy and involved and I needed writing tutorials from the Writing Center on campus because there were a lot of thins in the course I did no know about. The readings and assignments in the course are heavy and I am tired all the time and need time to do the readings because I have dyslexia it takes me longer to finish readings. I also have more readings to do because when I did the research at the library I had more books and things like journals that I have to read. I also had to have help from the research librarian because the topics were hard to find. This caused me to take longer. I am still suffering from chronic fatigue and need more time to finish because the chronic fatigue has been affecting my everyday life. I am often too tired to do every day errands or tasks a home. The chronic fatigue is not diagnosed yet. I am going for more tests to see what's causing the chronic fatigue and receive treatment for the problem. I am under a doctors care and have been taking vitamin D supplements for 12 weeks. The vitamin D deficiency had been going on for a long time and did not seem to be improving. It is staring to improve but will take some time to get better. Please consider my appeal.

Sincerely

Henrietta Cory
