Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I'm trying to get reinstated in the course that I was originally in (BIOL 403). I've contacted my undergraduate program assistant to see if I could get reinstated. I've already attended the first two weeks of classes so I'm not behind on coursework. I've also contacted the professor and he's understanding of my situation.

I'm really sorry for all this confusion, I was very undecided on my 5th course this term.
