Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am writing on behalf of my daughter, Isabelle Smith. She sustained a concussion on March 17th, 2017. The doctors have instructed her to be completely in the dark resting until further notice. We will be visiting her Doctor again this April 4th, 2017 to check her progress. All of her exams are in week 12. She is concerned about her grades and school. Isabelle was doing well in all her course except this one. She currently has a 55 in the HIST244 course and fears that with all the stress of completing all of the work that has accumulated due to her injury, this course will be even more of a stress factor. I am worried about her anxiety and feel that if she could drop out of this course it would help her alleviate a great deal of stress.
