Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: In 2016 I was diagnosed with Bipolar II Disorder and with the help of my doctor I've been attempting to find a suitable treatment that works for me ever since. Unfortunately, throughout this semester I have been falling in and out of depression as my medication was not working effectively enough. As a result, I was unable to complete certain tasks on time and the weight of it snowballed into the current situation. I've addressed the issues with my psychiatrist and he is helping me find a more suitable combination, though this takes some time to get right.
