Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I am not sure if I had mistakenly clicked 'submit' without paying because the charge did not appear on my online banking account, however, if that is that case, please let me know and send me an invoice and I'd gladly pay either with my student account or by cheque/credit. You have my full consent and permission to charge the fee of 50.00 my student account if need be.

Once again, please consider my situation and anxiety as I have no confidence about writing the exam. Just thinking about this exam alone has given me many anxiety attacks, especially since I'm going in knowing that I will not receive a good final mark no matter my performance on the exam. I am beseeching you to please give me another opportunity to retake this course with a better state of mind and when I have stabilized my anxiety.
