Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I had a very difficult time during the fall 2016 semester. I was taking care of a very sick family member who eventually passed away in late November. I am also the single sole support patent of a very sick son who was often in the hospital and had not received a diagnosis until February 2017. I was also working full time and dealing with not yet diagnosed anxiety which eventually lead to my failure in the semester. Prior to the fall semester I had done well at Queen's university but I was afraid to ask for help during the semester and realize now that I needed it.
